Procurement & InfoSec Governance

Frequently asked questions from enterprise procurement & architecture teams

Clear answers on document security, Mutual NDAs, dual-currency contracting (USD $ & INR ₹), and deterministic ERP control gates.

How are uploaded RFP documents, schemas, and pricing schedules secured?

Every uploaded file (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, ZIP up to 10 MB) is transmitted over TLS and written directly to an isolated, access-controlled Cloudflare R2 vault (nextedge-rfp-documents). Retrieval requires bearer-token administrative authentication and is restricted to NextEdge Labs principal architects.

Can we execute a Mutual NDA before sharing detailed ERP schemas or tender packs?

Yes. Select 'Execute a Mutual NDA before sharing detailed technical schemas' in Section 03 of the intake form and provide a high-level summary of your operational bottleneck. We countersign standard US (Delaware/New York) or India (Mumbai/Bengaluru) Mutual NDAs within 4 business hours.

Do you structure proposals and contracts in both US Dollars (USD $) and Indian Rupees (INR ₹)?

Yes. NextEdge Labs supports fixed-scope Statements of Work (SOWs), 2–4 week bounded pilots, and milestone-based enterprise contracts in USD ($) for North American and global entities and in INR (₹) with compliant GST invoicing for Indian entities.

How does NextEdge Labs prevent AI hallucinations in enterprise RFP deliverables?

Our architecture strictly separates probabilistic AI (document reading, unstructured extraction, citation-backed search, and exception summarization) from deterministic control gates (master-data lookup, tolerance math, role-based maker-checker sign-off, and idempotent ERP posting).
