NEXTEDGE LABS

Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of the information you share with us and how it is used.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

NextEdge Labs is operated by NextEdge Labs LLP, based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. This notice covers nextedge.consulting and enquiries made through this website. Processing carried out as part of a client project is governed by the relevant service agreement and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement.

2. Information we collect

  • Project enquiries: your name, work email address, company, selected industry and the project context you choose to provide. We also receive subsequent correspondence with our team.
  • Technical and security information: our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request details and security signals to deliver the website and detect abuse.

Please do not submit patient records, passwords, financial account details or other sensitive or confidential information through this form. We can agree an appropriate channel if a project requires such information.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, understand your requirements, arrange discussions and prepare a proposal where requested. We use technical information to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This website does not use your enquiry to train an AI model or make automated decisions about you.

4. Providers and sharing

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. When the enquiry service is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and Resend delivers your enquiry to our business email inbox. Authorised team members and the providers supporting these functions may process the information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information.

Cloudflare describes its handling of security signals in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and its Privacy Policy. See also Resend’s Privacy Policy. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, our services or our legal rights.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Cloudflare security services may use technical signals and essential browser storage to protect the site. The enquiry form keeps your draft in the current page while it is open; it does not save a draft to local storage. Closing or reloading the page may discard it.

6. Retention and security

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox; the website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Information is retained for handling your request, relevant business correspondence and any applicable legal obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on whether the enquiry leads to an engagement, an ongoing discussion or a record that must be kept. You may contact us to request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your requests and choices

Contact vikasraj@nextedge.consulting to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including withdrawing consent, objecting to processing or making a complaint to the relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

For project enquiries, contact sales@nextlabsonline.com.

8. Children and external websites

This is a business website intended for professional users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.

9. Changes to this notice

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review this notice when you share information with us.
